What to write about, and where it goes
- An order that has not arrived
- Send the order number. We open a trace with the carrier and come back to you. See the shipping policy.
- Changing your mind
- Say so within 14 days of delivery — the order number is enough, no reason needed. Read the hygiene exception first if the seal is open. You can also use the model withdrawal form.
- Something arrived faulty or wrong
- Order number, what is wrong, and photographs if you can. We pay the return postage. Faulty goods.
- A safety problem with a product
- Stop using it and tell us the same day. Subject line "Safety report". How we handle these.
- A privacy or data request
- Access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data. We answer within one month. Your rights.
- A question before you buy
- Sizes, materials, what is actually in the box, whether something will suit you. Ask — we would rather answer than take a return.
- An accessibility barrier
- Tell us the page, your device and what you were trying to do. Accessibility statement.
