Terms and conditions of sale

The agreement between us.

These terms govern every order placed on onyxbunny.com. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply on top of them and are never reduced by anything here.

Version 2 · in force from [OWNER TO CONFIRM — date of first live sale] · applies to orders placed on or after that date.

1. Who you are contracting with

The seller is:

"We", "us" and "Onyx Bunny" mean that business. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract where you live. The 18+ notice on entry is an attestation, not identity verification; if it is removed or fails to appear, the age requirement still applies. We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe the buyer is under 18.

You must be ordering as a consumer for personal use. We do not sell for resale, and we may decline orders that appear to be for resale.

3. Where we sell

We sell and deliver to the 27 member states of the European Union and to Canada. We do not accept orders from, or deliver to, any other country — including the United States and the United Kingdom. The checkout will not accept an address outside the countries we serve, and an order placed with an address outside them cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded in full.

4. Products and descriptions

We sell physical adult products: sex toys and BDSM accessories. We do not sell or publish explicit media of any kind.

We describe every product as accurately as we can and we make no medical, therapeutic or health claims about anything we sell. Nothing in our catalogue treats, diagnoses, prevents or improves any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Product images are representative of the item supplied. Some images are studio renderings produced from the manufacturer's own photographs rather than photographs of the individual unit sent to you. Colour, finish, grain and minor detail can vary between units and between screens. If what arrives materially differs from what was shown, that is a fault on our side and section 9 applies.

Sizes and weights are the manufacturer's figures and are approximate unless stated otherwise. Where a product has a stated material, that is the manufacturer's declaration.

Safety and warning information for every category we sell is published at Safety and warnings and is shown on each product page before you buy. Please read the section that applies to what you are ordering.

5. How an order is formed

Everything on this site is an invitation to order, not an offer. When you press the order button you make an offer to buy at the total shown. A contract comes into existence only when we send you an explicit acceptance or a dispatch confirmation — not when the order acknowledgement arrives, and not when payment is taken.

Before you can place an order the checkout shows you the full price, the delivery cost, any tax or import charges you will have to pay, the delivery timescale, and a confirmation that opening a hygiene seal ends the right of withdrawal for that item. The order button states that it carries an obligation to pay.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance — for example for an obvious pricing error, because an item is unavailable, because of a suspected fraudulent or resale order, or because of a legal restriction. If we do, we refund anything you have paid in full and without delay.

You will receive confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email) including these terms and the withdrawal form.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR). The currency selector converts prices for display convenience only; the amount charged is the euro amount shown at checkout.

For deliveries to EU member states, no VAT is charged at checkout: we are not registered for VAT or for the Import One-Stop Shop. Goods are sent from outside the EU, so import VAT at the rate of your delivery country, any customs duty, and the carrier’s own handling fee (typically €10–€20) are collected from you by the carrier before delivery. The checkout tells you this before you pay. These charges are payable by you and are not part of the price paid to us.

For deliveries to Canada, Canadian GST/HST is not collected at checkout. Any tax, duty or carrier handling fee charged on import is payable by you.

Billing descriptor. The entry on your card or bank statement will read ONYXB* RETAIL. It contains no product names and nothing identifying the category of goods. The exact descriptor is shown again before payment is taken.

How payment is taken. Payment is made on our payment provider’s own secure hosted page. Your card details are entered there, are never transmitted to or stored by this site, and we never see them. You are returned here once the payment is confirmed. Nothing is dispatched until payment has cleared.

If a payment fails or is not completed, your order is simply not accepted and no contract comes into existence. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.

7. Delivery

Goods are dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China directly to your delivery address. Dispatch and delivery windows, and what packaging looks like, are set out in the shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have named, takes physical possession of them. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.

If we fail to deliver within the time we agreed, or within 30 days if no time was agreed, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period and, if we still fail, cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

8. Your right to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The full procedure, the hygiene exception for unsealed intimate goods, who pays return postage and how refunds are made are set out in the refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms. The model withdrawal form is available on this site, and you may also use any other clear statement.

Canadian customers: the EU withdrawal right does not apply by law, but we extend an equivalent 14-day change-of-mind right on the same conditions, including the hygiene exception.

9. If something is wrong with what arrives

Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their ordinary purpose. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, not what you ordered, or materially different from how it was shown, contact us at hello@onyxbunny.com with the order number and photographs where you can. We will arrange a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund in line with the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771), as it applies to you. We pay return postage in these cases. The hygiene exception in section 8 does not restrict these rights.

The legal guarantee for goods is two years from delivery under EU law.

10. Safe use, and the limits of what we can promise

The products we sell can cause injury if misused. You agree to read the warnings and care instructions published at Safety and warnings, shown on each product page and included with the goods, and to follow them. Do not modify a product, and do not use a product for a purpose it is not designed for.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Product Liability Directive, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss arising from use of a product contrary to the warnings and instructions supplied with it.

11. Your personal data

We process the personal data needed to take, fulfil and support your order. How, why, for how long, and what rights you have are set out in the privacy policy. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking technology, and we never sell personal data.

12. Accounts and site use

An optional account stores your address, wishlist and order history encrypted in your own browser. You are responsible for the security of your device and your password. We cannot recover an account password, and clearing your browser data deletes that local record permanently.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping, no interference with its operation, no reverse engineering. The site design, text, artwork and software are owned by or licensed to us; personal use is fine, other reproduction needs our permission.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Email hello@onyxbunny.com and we will acknowledge within two business days and respond substantively within fourteen days.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may contact the consumer protection body in your own country, or the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt). We are not obliged to use, and do not commit to, any alternative dispute resolution body, and this does not affect your right to go to court.

14. General

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may change these terms for future orders; the version in force when you place your order is the one that governs it, and the version and date are shown at the top of this page.
